What transmedia means

Transmedia storytelling is the design of one coherent narrative across multiple formats, where each medium contributes something different to the overall experience.

It is not simply repeating the same campaign message across film, web, social and email. That is multichannel marketing.

A transmedia system gives every touchpoint a role. It connects story, media, interaction and intelligence so audiences can watch, explore, question, learn, visit, buy and return.
