Contemporary family living, quietly elevated.
A Sussex residential development case study combining CGI imagery, cinemagraph motion, interactive website direction and an AI concierge inside a Synth Space™ buyer experience.
Saxon Square is a collection of contemporary family homes in Sussex, designed around space, light, comfort and a more grounded idea of aspiration.
The development needed to feel elevated without becoming remote. The visual story was built around generous interiors, calm architectural detailing, landscaped outdoor space and the feeling of a home that supports real daily life.
Our creative direction focused on warmth, proportion and rhythm. Each CGI image was composed to help buyers imagine arrival, family routines, working from home, quiet evenings, entertaining and the small rituals that make a new address feel believable.
"We positioned Saxon Square around space, light and comfort rather than spectacle". This campaign needed to communicate contemporary quality while keeping the homes relatable, warm and deeply liveable.
The CGI sequence presents exterior arrival, open plan living, private rooms, bathrooms, work space and entertainment areas, giving buyers a complete emotional picture before completion.
The visual system was designed for an interactive website with CGI feature panels, plot and lifestyle content, AI concierge guidance and clear routes from exploration to enquiry.
The interiors were not treated as show home decoration. They were composed as believable spaces, with furniture, daylight, material tone and proportion working together to help buyers feel how the home would support real life.
These images were created for more than a brochure. They were planned as the visual foundation for a responsive website, interactive feature panels, AI concierge answers and sales routes inside the wider platform experience.
Subtle motion helps the homes feel inhabited, calm and alive without slowing the buyer journey.
The Saxon Square cinemagraph was created to sit inside a Synth Space™ experience, giving hero sections and feature panels atmosphere while keeping the website fast, elegant and easy to explore.
The entrance sequence gives the home a sense of order and generosity. It helps buyers understand that the development has been considered from the first step inside, not only in the headline rooms.
The study image speaks to the way modern buyers live now. It gives the development a practical emotional layer, showing that the home can support focus, privacy and flexibility as well as family life.
Bathroom imagery gives buyers confidence in finish, surface, lighting and restraint. It communicates a level of care that supports the wider promise of the development.
The bedroom imagery was created to balance aspiration with warmth. Soft light, controlled styling and relaxed proportions help buyers understand the private side of the home.
The cinema room adds another layer to the development narrative. It shows that the homes are designed not just around necessity, but around enjoyment, retreat and time spent well.
The CGI set was shaped for an interactive website where buyers can move from room to room, understand specification, ask the AI concierge approved questions and reach the sales team with greater clarity.
“The buyer should not only see the rooms. They should understand the kind of life the development makes possible.”
Saxon Square’s CGI, motion assets and buyer journey were designed as the foundation for a connected property experience. Buyers can explore the homes, understand the lifestyle proposition, ask an AI concierge approved questions and move towards enquiry from one branded environment.
