Coastal living elevated beyond the expected.
A refined property marketing case study for a luxury coastal residence, combining cinematic CGI imagery, atmospheric interiors, a looping cinemagraph and the visual framework for a Synth Space™ development experience.
Marelle is coastal living elevated beyond the expected.
It is not nautical, decorative or transient. It is permanent, composed and quietly impressive. A residence for long lunches, early swims, winter evenings, open doors in summer and the simple theatre of light moving across the water.
The creative direction was built around restraint: pale timber, soft stone, warm plaster, low furniture, generous glazing and a sense of stillness. The imagery had to feel expensive without shouting, aspirational without becoming artificial, and cinematic without losing the credibility of a real architectural interior.
"Marelle is shaped around a calm coastal proposition: not a holiday aesthetic, but a permanent, considered home defined by material quality, light, proportion and atmosphere".
The CGI sequence presents the buyer journey from view and arrival through lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, helping the development feel emotionally complete before it exists.
The imagery and motion language were designed to support hero sections, interactive feature panels, buyer guidance and conversion routes across the wider platform experience.
For properties sold before completion, the image cannot simply describe a room. It has to let the buyer imagine the life inside it. The Marelle interiors were composed to communicate ritual and rhythm: coffee by the window, dinner with doors open, evening light across stone and timber.
Every view is treated as part of a wider brand world, so CGI, cinemagraphs, copy and interactive page sections all feel like one coherent residence rather than a set of unrelated renders.
Add atmosphere between static renders and full property films.
Used inside a Synth Space™ development experience, cinemagraphs can give hero sections, feature panels and buyer journeys a more premium sense of life, light and movement without forcing the visitor into a longer video.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are where buyers test whether the development feels credible as a home. For Marelle, these spaces were kept soft, tactile and carefully edited: no decorative excess, just calm material weight and generous natural light.
The bathroom imagery supports the sales story by showing finish, tone and craft. The role of the render is practical as well as emotional: it helps buyers understand the quality they are buying before they can physically stand inside the property.
A strong property campaign needs to sell the atmosphere around the home as much as the home itself. The second bedroom view broadens the narrative, showing how the residence flexes from retreat to family use, guest stays or calm for working from home.
“A property campaign should not only show what the buyer will own. It should make the finished life feel inevitable.”
Marelle’s CGI assets are not treated as isolated marketing images. They are designed as the visual foundation for a connected development platform: a place where buyers can explore the residence, understand the specification, move through the lifestyle story and progress towards enquiry.
Continue through the development series and see how the same visual language adapts across coastal living, central London apartments and contemporary Sussex homes.
Visually Sonic creates property marketing systems built around CGI for developers who need to build confidence, desire and enquiry before completion.
