Good question! For starters we are a multi-disciplinary design team covering a whole gamut of expertise. To hire a good designer that has the necessary skills to cover all that we have to offer would be a lot more expensive. Also, you may not require enough design work to keep them busy. We offer an entire marketing department at your disposal for a flat rate affordable fee, a subscription that you can cancel or pause at any time. Unlike an employee, our 'Design Buffet' subscription doesn't require a pension or holiday pay!

Once subscribed you are able to add as many design requests or revisions to your design queue as you would like, they will be delivered one by one. So think of it like a Spotify streaming queue. Add as many requests as you like, and the requests are worked one at a time. Just like a playlist! Revisions are unlimited too.

Our designers will work on your requests every business day all year long. On average most requests are completed in just two business days.

Yes, all of our work is done for you, and you only. You have complete ownership of the files as soon as you receive them. You are free to use them as you please. Source files (PSD, AI, INDD, FIG, SKETCH) are always included along with the PNG, JPEG, SVG AND PDF.

What is not included in the 'Design Buffet' Subscriptions are any 3D /CAD, HTML/CSS, Ad Development, Marketing Strategy, HTML 5 Ads, Programming / Coding .

We offer a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Within Trello you can share Google docs or wireframes, or even record a brief loom video (If you prefer not to write your briefs out. If it can be linked or shared on Trello, then we are cooking with gas!

Not a problem, we will just continue to revise the design until you are 100% satisfied. The more information you provide and if you can be as descriptive as possible to what you are aiming to achieve at the time of submitting your brief, this will obviously help reduce the time spent on revisions freeing up more time to work on your other requests.  

You can pause your subscription for up to 7 business days.

Designers work week days from 10:00am - 7pm.
